The Federal Office of Personnel publishes a new personnel strategy every three years. This strategy is a basic document for the entire Federal Administration and comprises priority areas and associated measures in the area of federal personnel. The new Human Resources Strategy 2024-2027 is all about employee retention, promoting young talent, retaining knowledge and innovation.
In addition to the other communication measures, we have developed a single page application (SPA) for the Federal Office of Personnel. The trilingual web application provides an overview of all four key areas of the strategy.
Based on existing illustrations, we further developed and refreshed the SPA with various animations in isometric style.
