In November 2022, the Floorball World Championship took place in the AXA Arena in Winterthur and in the brand new Swiss Life Arena in Zurich. We were asked by die Mobiliar to create moving content.
We already knew the specifications of the AXA Arena from past projects. The Swiss Life Arena, on the other hand, opened its doors for the first time in October 2022, so there was still little experience available.
In addition to the LED boards at the edge of the pitch, the Swiss Life Arena also features a prominent and 287m long video LED ring and a huge LED cube above the pitch. The media technology equipment is reminiscent of American stadiums. With three different perimeter animations and dynamic animations on the LED Cube, we were able to implement die Mobiliar's branding for this event. They visually represented Mobiliar's message, creating a captivating and memorable experience for visitors to the World Cup. The animation was also designed to be easy to understand and concise, so that visitors would quickly remember the message and its meaning.
