For the Federal Personnel Office EPA, we developed a web application that presents the federal government's recommendations for choosing the optimal means of transport. For travel destinations, the route, the means of transport and the CO2 emissions are calculated and a recommendation is determined. In the application, travel destinations are listed alphabetically and provided with information. Important is the search function, which allows the user to find his desired destination and its recommendation.
The visual appearance is uniform and strongly follows the design guidelines of the federal government. Individual (new) elements were newly proposed and implemented for reasons of improved user guidance.
