We were tasked with restructuring the Federal Personnel Office’s nationwide intranet “InfoPers”. Key aspects of the job included analysing the existing sitemap and defining the content. We scrutinised, decluttered and reorganised the long-standing site structure, and managed to recategorise over 100 pages of content, reducing them to a maximum of three hierarchy levels.
